I had a seasonal checkup today with Reiner and Ken O was my service provider. He arrived promptly, used booties to keep my floor clean, was friendly and totally professional and thorough. He even greeted and interacted with my 2 little dogs who wanted to keep track of his comings and goings! I am very happy with Reiner and the service and look forward to a comfortable summer now!

I have been doing business with Reiner Group for almost 20 years and when it came time to upgrade to new technology we stayed with the know quantity. Very reliable and reasonable and pleasant to deal with. Always on time for scheduled appointments.

Reiner installed our air conditioning system many years ago and we have been customers ever since. Ken O. has serviced our system a number of times over the years. He is friendly, professional and always provides helpful hints on keeping the system working to its full efficiency even though it is an older system. On his most recent spring service call to check the system for the summer season someone gad shut off water to our outside. Ken took the time to find out ehat had happened and took care of the issue. He slso advised tgat the back faucet was leaking. That's the kind of care and attention one receives from the Reiner Group and true professionals. Thank you Ken O.

Several years ago during routine maintenance, Bill M. diagnosed a problem with a bad valve. Previously, we thought we had a leak. Bill came back several weeks later and replaced the valve. The system began working at 100%. We were lucky to have Bill service our A/C and have asked for him every year.

Bill picked up on wiring issue last year 2016 during my annual preseason AC inspection. The company that installed my 2 AC wall units had the wires crossed to the wrong condensers. I must have had 10 people look at it these AC units prior and no one picked up on it. Bill fixed it and the AC units are running sweet. After getting quotes from five other contractors, we had Reiner Group install a new Mitsubishi ductless system and we could not be happier. From initial contact through job completion, this company's representatives kept appointments, showed up on time, were professional and courteous and left the job site both inside and out immaculate. it is a rare day indeed when I leave a five-star rating for anyone. However, since bringing in Reiner to plot out our new (in 2002) Central Air Conditioning, we have never uttered anything other than complimentary comments. The same thing applies to their autumnal visits as well. They have kept our very ancient 49-year-old furnace still humming along and the house toasty warm. Ken O. is a delightful person: very knowledgeable, answers any questions we have, funny and serious when it comes to his job. We very much love Ken O. and the great job he does for us via Reiner Group, Inc.

Ken O showed up promptly, performed a cleaning and inspection of furnace and new installation inspection of the a/c unit. Made a minor repair. Followed up with Reiner electrician to come in for a adjustment. Shoe covers worn while in the house. Explained programmable thermostat for a/c season. All good, very satisfied.

The Reiner Group, Inc has given us a lot of good advise since we started with them. Mates Morin always makes sure to contact us in order to put them on the calendar to make sure the filters are changed or that the service on our generator is done on a timely manner. The men who come in to take care of these issues are always very professional and always make sure to be invisible when necessary. We are a medical practice and it is sometimes difficult to have work done when necessary. They know when to make sure there is no disruption in our practice. Great Job!

Reiner Group recently started servicing several different equipment areas for our facility. During this time, Chris Gabriel, one of their customer service reps, was extremely helpful. She answers billing questions in a timely manner, and she really gives good insight regarding the process. For example, when we needed more clarification on the timeliness and accuracy of the services, she took the time out provide important documents for our company. The documents were very useful, and it definitely helped us as far as budgeting is concerned. I look forward to continue working with her.

The workmen showed up on time and did a thorough maintenance check of our AC systems, changed the filters, checked the compressor operation and washed the units to improve air flow around the condensers. They also spent time removing a blockage in the condensate drainage line. They were very careful to not track dirt and debris inside the house and put every thing back in its place before they left. Since the air handlers are in a space-constricted attic, this was somewhat difficult to do.
