Reiner Group has been very helpful over the past two years helping out Netcong Elementary School. They installed new units to replace our old Cooling units which provided AC to certain parts of the building. I have nothing but great things to say about them and am happy to work with them. We needed a boiler (steam heat) replacement very quickly, and we did research with a bunch of different firms. Reiner was among the best in terms of price, but the deciding factor was the professionalism and knowledge of the salesperson. The install team was excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would, they were careful when they were moving the bulky and dirty items in and out of my home, they did the install itself beautifully, and they cleaned up after themselves. There was a small problem with one of the parts during the installation. The guy got on the phone with the home office and in about 15 minutes they had delivered a replacement part to my door. We have used them for yearly service for years. When it was time to replace our unit we had no reservations in calling them out. Timely and friendly rep arrived to our house and he went out of his way to get us up and running that same week. They were so accommodating that they even had a crew at our house on a Saturday to help us out.

When I bought my house 25 years ago, I called Reiner. For all these years, they have provided excellent service with fast response and reasonable rates. I interviewed 7 different companies and I must tell you the second I met Chris S from Reiner, I knew that my search was over. Chris took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences in the models and provide the best match for my home. The crew that installed by furnace and central air conditioner unit was also as professional. With tight spaces in the basement and narrow stairways, the men maneuvered my home with care and expertise. They treated my home as if it was their own.
The equipment provided has exceeded my expectations, keeping me cool when requested and warm when needed. A big plus is how very quite both of my new units are.
Picking Reiner & Lennox was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I was given wrong information relating to the product I ordered. There seems to be no communication between different departments in the company. Calls left unanswered for weeks. There are some talented people in the company but it no longer functions as one unit in helping its customers. When my earlier unit failed I was not told the correct options. Representative came into my home. Looked at my needs for air conditioner. Gave me a price and listed what products would be furnished with model numbers and brochures. I was able to check other brands with this knowledge and found Reiner and the Lennox the best choice. They handled the town registration and made the appointment to start work. We chose Reiner because they installed our heating system with is a Lennox unit. In selecting an AC unit, Reiner was very helpful and knowlegeable about the Lennox units. I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. Our unit is in our attic so the workers had to bring the old unit through our home to remove it and take the new unit through our home to install it . They did not leave any mess in our home.
