Excellent experience. The experience from the salesman to installation was very professional . There was a supervisor stopping in periodically to check on the work during the 5 days of installation. My 25 year old central A/C conked out in the middle of the Summer 2013 heat wave. Called Reiner, whom we had done business with before, and they sent an estimator (Roy) out immediately. We were back online with a new, quieter and more efficient unit within about a week. Their service and installation staff are great and the company always follows up to ensure that everything is still working fine days and weeks later. From start to finish, the folks at Reiner were the best. Like other dealers, they sent someone out to give us an estimate for the work we were looking for. However, unlike anyone else, they provided me with so much useful information, that it was almost impossible to not choose them as the dealer to install our new AC system. When I brought up some of the things Reiner had made me aware of, the others simply couldn't answer some of the questions accurately or at all. I also felt that the installation people went above and beyond their duties to make certain that we were satisfied with the work being done. You rarely find installers that are so proud of their work that they call you in to show you the partially-completed product "so you can see how nice it looks". From the sales staff to the field measurement personnel to the installers, this is a company that is dedicated to high quality service.

I could not be happier with the entire experience of having a Lennox system installed in my older home.
The sales rep. Roy Hulsebos, who was also a technical engineer, proved to be invaluable in selecting the appropriate equipment considering both layout and budget.
Installation went smoothly, and was done on time. The team was careful with our belongings, and always cleaned up after every days work.

Our A/C unit was probably 15 years old, and last season (2012), it seemed to run non-stop. My father and my brother both used Reiner to install their systems, and they were both satisfied, so we gave them a try. They scheduled our installation as early as they could, but as luck would have it (my luck = bad), it was during an incredible stretch of hot weather here in the Northeast. They didn't promise the moon, but they did promise to get the system up and running as soon as possible. Two days later and we relaxing in a nicely cooled house, with the unit running only intermittently.

In 2013 I got Central AC and Furnace, Hot water heater installed by this dealer and all went as plan and as per contract. I was very impressed with their quality of work and follow up and all the staff members. All the paper work for the rebates were completed by them as promised . The salesman was very thorough in his assessment, recommendations / options and pricing, including rebates, etc. The planner who measured for the duct - transistion pieces did a very good job as did the fabricators. The installation crew completed the installation on schedule. The tech who completed the setup / verification was very good, explained everything in detail. only complaint is the hole made for the second drain pipe was poorly done requiring silicone caulking to plug the hole and repair the roof shingles. otherwise would have given an excellent rating. Will use this dealer to replace my hot water heating system in the future Edgar A. 10/15/14 |

The AC/Heat unit that was installed is fantastic and Brian who installed it was very nice. We did have an issue with the condition our home was left in after the first day of work, in which we were given apologies and offered a high-end filter. The apologies came easily however the filter we were given the first time was a cheaper version of the one that was put into our system. After we mentioned this, we were apologized to again and promised a new filter which they have forgotten as its been a couple weeks and nothing. I would recommend this dealer. However, they really should work on their follow-through with their customers. It really does not look good for a company to continue to make promises they do not intend to or forget to keep. ordered a new A/C unit that was installed but had much difficulty in getting it to work with my existing furnace and thermostat of a different company. Had to chase install rep for 3 months until they finally brought their best people and it was resolved.
