Rachel... you sent the BEST guys to fix our problem.
Thank you for sending Ernest and Derek to take care of the problem with the bathroom sink which leaked water down into the kitchen below.
Derek located the source of the leak which turned out to be an old, worn out pipe. He then installed a new one. Afterwards, Derek cleaned up the debris and discarded it.
And then, your Inspector Manager came out to be sure the job was done correctly. Wow!
Yes, suffice it to say, i am indeed impressed with the services of Roto-Rooter and I will continue to contact youguys for ALL of our plumbing needs.
I give you guys a big, BIG 5-Star rating.
