Both men knew exactly what had to be done to clear a clogged rain drain that was causing water in basement area. Same night we had 2 inches of rain - NO WATER in basement. (See More)

Unfortunately my experience with the Roto Rooter service was not a positive one. My normal contractor was tied up on a big job & I knew exactly what the issue was. I called Roto Rooter and explained that we had some lines replaced in the fall & apparently the sediment had built up in the faucets of our bathroom sink to the point of being down to a drip and they just needed to be blown out. First off, instead of sending the local rep, they sent someone from over an hour away (I was changed an "out of service area" fee) then when they finally got here, I explained the situation thoroughly, which I had done when calling and said that the faucets just needed to be cleared out by blowing air through the lines with a compressor. Of course they didn't have that. The tech--Zack-- said he didn't have a lot of tools because he was just starting out. His 'helper' Eric did most of what LITTLE work was done. They spent 40 mins trying to take the Hot/Cold handles off/broke the cold water handle then told me the problem was that my faucets were "bad" & they couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to spend $240.00 MORE for them to come back & put in new faucets. I DON'T THINK SO! From other reviews, it sounds like you do have some techs that are great & truly know what they are doing, but sorry, probably won't be hearing from me again! (See More)

These guys were so awesome! I have had flooding under my house for a couple of months and finally figured out the problem. So I called Roto-Rooter to see if they could unclog the drain in my yard that goes all the way under the neighbor's yard. They came and were persistent and continue to work on it for quite a while and finally were able to get it unplugged and now the water in my yard and under my house is finally finally finally draining. I appreciated their professional and courteous Manner. And I especially appreciated the fact that they seemed willing to do whatever it takes to get the drain unclogged if possible. They truly were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a clogged drain pipe. They were extremely knowledgeable and even did some digging and rearranging to get the great back together. They were knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I need to do once the water is cleared! Great job guys! (See More)

The young man who did my work was very good. He worked as quickly and neatly as possible. Considering we've had rain for days that wasn't easy. He did an amazing job clearing my clogged drain lines, which was no easy task.

We had a leak into our basement due to clogged downspouts. The Roto Rooter team came the very next day after calling. They were highly professional and did a superb job. They dug up several of our driveway stones while trying to get their equipment in place to clear our drains. After they finished their work they even took time to put the driveway back in order. I would recommend Roto Rooter of Asheville very highly. (See More)

These guys busted out my job in a single day in 14 total hours (two guys), much fewer hours than anyone else had stated they needed to get my job done. While there was one item outside the scope that I needed done, they advised me of such and offered to knock it out at a very fair additional cost. They're not the least expensive per hour, but that was offset by their overall expediency resulting in a lower overall cost for the job compared to everyone else. Very professional and satisfactory.
