we have a very old drain line and was not completely sure what kind of problem we had blocking it. he was very professional and when he realized he was going to run over the time that he had originally thought it would take to fix the problem, my husband and Mr.whitlock were in agreement that they were getting to close to the clog to stop trying at this point. And we knew we had to get it opened and we really trusted Ms Whitlocks processes and he had not damaged anything. He did finaly get the clog open and we will use this company and ask for the same Mr Whitlock. (See More)

Murphy's law...our sewer problem occurred on a weekend with a house full of guests. Root rooter was very responsive and had Anthony out in a couple of hours to analyze our problem and give us a temporary fix until early Monday morning, when he returned as promised with a new part to get us fixed up. Holly was great taking all my information and keeping me informed as to when Anthony would arrive. Anthony was very professional and explained very patiently what the problem was and how it would be remedied. (See More)

Anthony was professional, courteous, and very willing to answer any questions we had about the plumbing problems that he came to work on. Seemed very knowledgeable about the work and showed what was done upon completion. Worked efficiently and shared recommendations for maintenance of our system that could reduce future problems and our need for such services. We were replacing our kitchen sink and discovered that the shut off valve was not working properly. We had to turn the water off to the entire house on Saturday afternoon. Luckily we called Roto Rooter and Anthony was able to come by early evening even though he had worked a full day outside at another job he still made time to come to our house and address our problem. He switched out our intake lines to the kitchen sink with the new PEX system with all new shut off valves and everything is working great. The job was frustrating at points due to issues out of his control but Anthony stayed calm and professional through it all....highly recommend Anthony and the Asheville Roto Rooter team. Thank you! I called around 10 AM about a toilet flushing problem. Anthony was there by noon, and he had to travel quite a distance. He checked everything out and could find no blockage problem. He recommended a new toilet, and reduced the estimate by half to the minimum service charge, which I much appreciated. Very prompt and professional, and didn't try to rip me off. (See More)

Anthony was very polite and responsible. He got right to work on the things I needed done and explained in detail what I needed. When I gave my approval he went about his job with great attention to he was doing. I was pleased with the work and the friendliness of the service. I was also impressed with them now wearing booties to come in the house so they would not mess up the floors if they had dirt on their shoes. Best plumbing service I've ever gotten. My appointment was scheduled promptly, I received a confirmation email, I received a phone call to let me know the technician was en route, and I received an email with the name and photo of my technician so I would know who would be arriving. The technician was prompt, listened to what the issues were, gave me an estimate on his tablet, performed the work expediently and properly, was polite and professional, took the old dishwasher with him, and had me review and sign the invoice charges on his tablet. I received an emailed copy of the invoice almost immediately, which included before and after photos of the dishwasher replacement. I couldn't have had a more satisfying experience and will definitely use this company again. (See More)

I had a blocked drain line running under my basement floor. Anthony did a fantastic job clearing the line. He was conscientious and made sure he didn't walk on our floors without covering his shoes first. After 4 hours, I called to make sure someone was still coming today as stated. On his way was the response due to unforseen difficulties. He made it about 45 mins. later. He was very friendly & apologetic. It took him about 15 - 20 mins. to open my drain and that includes taking the equipment down & back to the truck. I'm very happy with the work Anthony had completed for us. I'm hoping that it will be fine for years to come. (See More)
