Sunday morning 6:15 am (Dec.17) with 33 quests coming around 11am, had plumbing problem at house. Called local number as on radio 682-9006 for Roto-Rooter, said someone would call me shortly. Eric was professional and answered any questions I had. What I have a complaint about is their communication as to who and when representatives of their company are coming out. I informed them that I wanted to be notified when someone would be at my 80 year old mothers house. I wasn't called for the first visit and then 2 days after the work was completed another representative showed up at her door...we were not told anyone else would be coming. This confused her as she thought they were the insurance adjuster or the restoration company and tried to convince my brother and I that all plans for fixing the water damage had been taken care of. This was obviously not the case as this second rep was only there to check the plumbing work of the first rep. I had to investigate to find out who had actually come to my mother's house. Please consider the elderly and know that there are people looking out for them if you would only follow instructions given to you. (See More)

There is nothing more concerning then to find water running down a interior wall in your house. We called Roto-Rooter in the Spruce Pine, NC area. They had David out to the house in less then an hour. He assessed the problem, found the source of the leak and determined how to access it with the least amount of damage to our tongue and groove ceiling. He was able to cut a hole in the guest bathroom in an area that will never be noticed. After getting to the leak he had it fixed in 10 minutes. He left the work area neat and clean.
David was professional but down to earth. He explained everything that he was doing. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. We have a water filtration system and were afraid this is where the leak was, we were worried that whoever came out would not be familiar with the system. David knew exactly how it works.
We appreciate his care in keeping our floors clean by wearing shoe covers. This company, and hopefully David will be our go to plumbing company. Thanks David

The scene: 1951 Rancher The place: N. Asheville The crime scene description: Ongoing bubbly drain coupled with small overflow in newly painted basement. The hero: Daniel Watkins. We finally, at long last, finished our basement project with the painting of our basement floor. In running the dishwasher (noting the resultant backwash in basement drain manifested itself yet but again) we knew the time had come. Booked online with Roto- Rooter and they were very prompt in response. Daniel Watkins arrived the next morning in the time slot we requested and after a discussion took place regarding our plumbing, the issues we'd been experiencing etc. he promptly began his job. We continued our re-arrange of the basement while Daniel worked. He did not rush through the work, rather proceeded slowly, methodically and with care. For those concerned with old plumbing, (I was and this figured largely in why we hadn't called to address this problem earlier) I would say that this project went very well. There was a small problem with a minor break in our pipe but Daniel knew exactly what to do, fixed it promptly and our drain now functions without the sound effects we'd come to know but not to love and all's well. I had come to associate Roto-Rooter specifically with clean outs and drain issues. Just for the record, this company is also able to handle any plumbing issue in your home. Daniel Watkins of the Asheville office, on July 12, in a very professional manner discussed with me my septic system problems and analyzed reasons for the back-up in my older septic system into my home's lower level toilets and tubs. Then, in a prompt, efficient and knowledgeable fashion he used roto-rooter's 4000 psi hose equipment to blow out my septic tank's D-box and stoppage in the drainage field lines. He used 100" of hose line to blow out one of the drainage field lines--and a lesser footage on a 2d line- and the septic system is now fully operational, enabling full use of the toilets, washing machine, tubs, etc. I would highly recommend use of Daniel on septic problems. Had to call these professionals to repair an "unknown" at a rental property. Daniel, the camera guy and repair man, called to tell me what he would be doing; then he called to give me his findings (good news), and this estimate of the time and cost, and the work to be done.
Daniel called back to tell me the repairs were complete and everything was in working order. The service was excellent from beginning to end. You get what you pay for!
It should be worth noting that I had consulted already with a septic company, that turned down the work, and a local plumber who thought the job was more than he was qualified to do.

i sent a email in the morning and by 1:00 i had a call back and at 3:30 2 men showed up and by 4:30 they were done. they also cleaned up after themselves and told me about a product to keep the drains clear, which i did purchase (See More)

Daniel was a lifesaver for us at the Pinecrest Bed and Breakfast. We had a clogged line which dramatically impacts our ability to happily supply a great guest experience. I found water in my basement and could not be sure where it was coming from, so called Roto-Rooter. The lady I spoke to said there was a man in the area and would be over shortly, within 30 minutes Daniel was at the door and we found the leaking was coming from the Garberator, I also had a leaky faucet. He ran to lowes picked up a new Garberator as well as a new tap and had it installed in under 2 hours. He was very professional and got the job done. Daniel W of Roto-Rooter of Asheville is a informative and professional plumber. He was on time, respectful of my property and eager to see where was the problem. I thought for sure I needed to replace one of the toilets because it was running slow and taking 5 minutes to fill up, but Daniel fixed it like new. He checked the pipe with the auger, changed the seal on the toilet and added some new parts inside. I learned that Roto-Rooter does any kind of plumbing, duh...I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter and will call them again. (See More)

We had to call Roto-Rooter of Asheville to come out one Sunday afternoon because we had plumbing back up. Called the after hours service and they were great.
