The ladies on the phone were helpful and professional. They Called me about 45 min prior to Derek’s arrival. I called at 8 am and they arrived by 1:15. Derek was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional making sure all things were clean and in order before he left. They showed up on time and their uniforms were clean. They introduced themselves and ask me to show them them problem I was having and asked appropriate questions related to the task. Eric was professional and answered any questions I had. What I have a complaint about is their communication as to who and when representatives of their company are coming out. I informed them that I wanted to be notified when someone would be at my 80 year old mothers house. I wasn't called for the first visit and then 2 days after the work was completed another representative showed up at her door...we were not told anyone else would be coming. This confused her as she thought they were the insurance adjuster or the restoration company and tried to convince my brother and I that all plans for fixing the water damage had been taken care of. This was obviously not the case as this second rep was only there to check the plumbing work of the first rep. I had to investigate to find out who had actually come to my mother's house. Anthony was very polite and responsible. He got right to work on the things I needed done and explained in detail what I needed. When I gave my approval he went about his job with great attention to he was doing. I was pleased with the work and the friendliness of the service. I was also impressed with them now wearing booties to come in the house so they would not mess up the floors if they had dirt on their shoes. He arrived promptly when scheduled, and he and assistant could not have been more polite and respectful. They worked diligently and non-stop for ~2 hours, and communicated with us the entire time as to what he was doing and answered any questions that we had. His professionalism and expertise were obvious. The job was completed and he was very careful to clean up the site very carefully. Derek did his best to correct my world problems. He completely replaced my piping system as well as the internal breaker switch and we’ll tank. Although I had to use a separate contractor to replace my well pump, I would not have been able to get my well back up and running without him. Best plumbing service I've ever gotten. My appointment was scheduled promptly, I received a confirmation email, I received a phone call to let me know the technician was en route, and I received an email with the name and photo of my technician so I would know who would be arriving. The technician was prompt, listened to what the issues were, gave me an estimate on his tablet, performed the work expediently and properly, was polite and professional, took the old dishwasher with him, and had me review and sign the invoice charges on his tablet. I received an emailed copy of the invoice almost immediately, which included before and after photos of the dishwasher replacement. I had a blocked drain line running under my basement floor. Anthony did a fantastic job clearing the line. He was conscientious and made sure he didn't walk on our floors without covering his shoes first. being new to the area I called another company and was told they couldn't come out to look at my clogged kitchen drain for over a week. I then called Roto-Rooter and they said we can get to you today, it was already 3pm, I wasn't expecting them to come out that quick. I received a call about 20 minutes later saying someone was on there way and would arrive in about 30 minutes. so within an hour of calling they were there. Just had Eric come by to finish checking on the condition of the underground drains using a snake with a camera. Thanks to him we now know the source, as well as the location of the leak mentioned below. Eric was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We continue to be impressed by Roto-Rooter. The company appears to have a very deep bench!
Adam helped us find a leak in a crawl space which caused the wood floor in our den to buckle. He was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Furthermore, he was willing to come by after 6pm on two occasions simply because he had said you would come to the house on those days. That is service! We recommend him unreservedly! We were heading out of town for a short vacation and, as these things are apt to happen when you really don't need them to, our kitchen sink backed up as we were doing the last of the dishes. None of the local plumbers were able to respond. I called Roto Rooter and they were not only friendly and professional, but they said that they could have someone out today!
