Toilets not flushing. Friend recommended me to call this company. The woman who answered said I’ll have someone there in 15 minutes. An hour later and my toilets are working perfectly. Roto Rooter had to return to repair the problem Tyler S identified last week. We were kept posted with estimates and updates the entire time. We were called the morning of the job to let us know they were on the way. Tyler S and Derek G arrived and began working. They were having to replace a 65 year old sewage line going to our septic tank. They worked continuously, no breaks, till the job was finished. They placed erosion mat down, since heavy rain was on the way. When they left, there was nothing for us to clean up or dispose of. We were well pleased and would highly recommend Roto Rooter. Most plumbers we have contacted in the past don't want to work on plumbing when it's over 65 to 70 years old. Roto Rooter just dove in to the repairs, with friendly continuance. Was quoted a price for a 30minute repair job. Problems turned a 30
minute job into a 3hour job. I expected a large price increase,for the
increased time. I was VERY pleased to only be charged with the
original price quote. And NO CHARGE for a follow-up inspection

After waiting four days for First American Home Warranty to send someone to clear my clogged main sewer line I gave up and called Roto-Rooter. We had a toilet that would not drain completely. After calling & making the appointment for today, I was called to say the tech would be here in 30 minutes & he was. Tyler was very polite, listening to what we said; after trying several things, he discovered our 60 yr. old line had become disjointed. He explained that it had to be dug up & replaced. He also told us Roto Rooter could do it or we could shop around for someone else. We were more than happy to tell him Roto Rooter could do it. Now we are waiting for the call with an estimate of the cost. We were very please with the cost of today's work & the professional manner in how Tyler did the job & his treatment of my husband & I. We would definitely recommend Rotor Rooter again, especially when other plumbers have refused to work on an old home with 60 yr. old plumbing. This is the 2nd time that we have needed a plumber for one of our homes. Our first experience was years prior when we needed a plumber for some drainage issues . We turned to a local plumber, who could not tell us how much to expect the job to cost, only that they would have to start by digging out from around our foundation. So we turned to Roto-Rooter.
When Roto Rooter arrived, the gentleman acted like he already knew what was going on. So, he suited up and crawled under our home. He immediately found our problem, it was our vent pipe. It was repaired in one day and may I add for an affordable price.

I am very impressed by the service Roto-Rooter Plumbing and their serviceman Derek provided! He arrived well within the time frame I was given, and this was an after hours call. Derek was polite, informative, and efficient. He examined the situation and realized that the city water department would need to be called to clean out a main drain line. He made all the necessary calls for me, so that the city workers would come out as soon as possible. Every aspect of my interaction with this company inspires trust. After a 5 inch rain on Friday,some draining pipes were not working. Left a e-mail to Roto-Rooter on Saturday. Got an e-mail response that I would be contacted. Monday morning, early, the rep was there and by 5 pm the drain pipes had been cleared. Sunday morning 6:15 am (Dec.17) with 33 quests coming around 11am, had plumbing problem at house. Called local number as on radio 682-9006 for Roto-Rooter, said someone would call me shortly. Within 5 minutes, had call from Tyler Stevenson- said he could be to our home within 30 minutes or so.
