Sunday morning 6:15 am (Dec.17) with 33 quests coming around 11am, had plumbing problem at house. Called local number as on radio 682-9006 for Roto-Rooter, said someone would call me shortly. Within 5 minutes, had call from Tyler Stevenson- said he could be to our home within 30 minutes or so. Came promptly- courteous, and professional- had equipment and knowledge to make repairs within about an hour. Could not be happier or more pleased with service by Tyler and Roto-Rooter. Thank You.! On a mid-December morning we experienced a backed up sewerage drain and made a call to Roto-Rooter at 9 am. I was courteously received and after giving the details, was told that we could have a service man by mid-afternoon and would receive a call with specific time.
