I called at 6:30 PM with a water leak in my wall. James responded to me almost immediately and was able to send Daniel to my home. He arrived about 9:00 and was able to fix the problem quickly. James Arrowood was great. He arrived early, declined a cup of coffee and went right to work. We had a very problematic clog in an upstairs toilet, which was causing back-up into tub. Very efficient, he tried several options. He finally had to unseat toilet and employ a heavy-duty rooter. Then, he fixed flapper. Mr. Arrowood was very personable but he never stopped working. I was concerned about the approaching weekend and it possibly not being finished (and therefor not being able to use running water) and James said, "We'll stay until this is done, no matter what it takes." Within 5 minutes, had call from Tyler Stevenson- said he could be to our home within 30 minutes or so.
