Every time we have a culvert clogged or a sewer pipe backed up they are here same day or next at the latest. Always on time and constant communication. Unfortunately my experience with the Roto Rooter service was not a positive one. My normal contractor was tied up on a big job & I knew exactly what the issue was. I called Roto Rooter and explained that we had some lines replaced in the fall & apparently the sediment had built up in the faucets of our bathroom sink to the point of being down to a drip and they just needed to be blown out. First off, instead of sending the local rep, they sent someone from over an hour away (I was changed an "out of service area" fee) then when they finally got here, I explained the situation thoroughly, which I had done when calling and said that the faucets just needed to be cleared out by blowing air through the lines with a compressor. Of course they didn't have that. The tech--Zack-- said he didn't have a lot of tools because he was just starting out. His 'helper' Eric did most of what LITTLE work was done. They spent 40 mins trying to take the Hot/Cold handles off/broke the cold water handle then told me the problem was that my faucets were "bad" & they couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to spend $240.00 MORE for them to come back & put in new faucets. I DON'T THINK SO! From other reviews, it sounds like you do have some techs that are great & truly know what they are doing, but sorry, probably won't be hearing from me again! Adams Z. 06/11/18 |

Tyler did an excellent job. Very thankful for those that work on the weekends. We know not everything breaks or mess up Monday through Friday 9-5.

Durring our last big rain James A. And Eric came out to help figure out what was clogging our drains and causing water to come in. They were very quick and thorough. They made suggestions and did not try and convince me to spend a ton of money but simply educated me on my options. They were very professional and educated on there job. James was training Eric and i thought he was extremely respectful and helpful to him. He wasn't bossy and they worked as a team. If i have an issue again i would request both of these guys. First 2 guys spent 3 hours poking around and never even stuck the snake down the drain past the house. They had to call another guy in with a camera and he had in fixed in less than an hour. We argued about the bill and he dropped it down to $907. Thats a lot of money to get a couple small roots out of a drain line. I will never call them again and never recommend to anyone. These guys were so awesome! I have had flooding under my house for a couple of months and finally figured out the problem. So I called Roto-Rooter to see if they could unclog the drain in my yard that goes all the way under the neighbor's yard. They came and were persistent and continue to work on it for quite a while and finally were able to get it unplugged and now the water in my yard and under my house is finally finally finally draining. I appreciated their professional and courteous Manner. And I especially appreciated the fact that they seemed willing to do whatever it takes to get the drain unclogged if possible. They truly were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a clogged drain pipe. They were extremely knowledgeable and even did some digging and rearranging to get the great back together. Incredible. This company and the people who work for it are amazing. Called with a huge plumbing leak....waterfall over the header of the stairwell. Although Derek had to come from two hours away, he was knocking on my door, on a Sunday morning, Mother's Day, within two hours of my initial phone call. He worked like a Trojan all day, not even taking a lunch break. Was incredibly pleasant, conscientious, and skilled. Fixed the pipe which was leaking, cleaned up completely behind himself, with cloths and spray cleaner on the bath fixtures and floors, even, and I will never call any other plumbing service, as long as this company is willing to make the trek to my place. Although they're more expensive by the hour than the local plumbers, I think it would have taken a local guy several days to do what Derek did in one, and maybe wouldn't have even fixed the problem, so, in the end, it's really cheaper, and so much more of a pleasant experience to have Roto Rooter come...second time I've hired them, and the previous experience was just a positive. I cannot tell how nice, competent and efficient James A. was today. He repaired my water line from the junction to my house. When it still didn’t work properly, he did the opposite of what I expected! (Which was to just disappear with my money) He proposed to come out again (with his supervisor) to check on the pressure of the pump on another property and the rest of the lines that could have contributed to bad water pressure. James, with Roto-Rooter did a excellent job on our property . we thought that we had a clog ,James came out and had to camera our lines , and was very through . He explained the process of the camera & actually let us see the process , to show that there was no clog . Also , He cleared a kitchen sink drain ,while he was @ the site .

We had a leak coming from somewhere in our kitchen which was dripping down on our deck underneath our kitchen. I called Roto-Rooter and Da'Shan showed up within about 4 hours. This young man had to climb a latter, dismantle a ceiling on our deck (which is underneath our kitchen), pull out insulation and try and locate our leak. After a LOT of work, he found it! I cannot tell you how pleased I was with Da'Shan's work and determination to find this leak. It turns out it was a leak in the line leading to the ice maker in our refrigerator.
