We had a leak into our basement due to clogged downspouts. The Roto Rooter team came the very next day after calling. They were highly professional and did a superb job. They dug up several of our driveway stones while trying to get their equipment in place to clear our drains. After they finished their work they even took time to put the driveway back in order. Quick, professional, friendly service. Explained all my questions and the job was finished in record time. The equipment they used cleared the roots plugging the drainpipe that other outfits couldn't clear.

These guys busted out my job in a single day in 14 total hours (two guys), much fewer hours than anyone else had stated they needed to get my job done. While there was one item outside the scope that I needed done, they advised me of such and offered to knock it out at a very fair additional cost. They're not the least expensive per hour, but that was offset by their overall expediency resulting in a lower overall cost for the job compared to everyone else. Very professional and satisfactory. I called Roto Rooter one day and they were there the first thing the next day. Their service representative was James A. He was very professional and knew his profession. I called because I had a completely stopped up gutter drain. The crew that came to resolve my problem were very professional and went right to work. It took over an hour to open the 100 feet of gutter drain pipe since they had to use a high pressure jet because the traditional roto rooter tool would have torn up the underground corrugated pipe. Great work and my only complaint is that the appointment was for mid morning and due to problems on other jobs, they didn't arrive until mid afternoon. Called Roto-Rooter and talked with Rachel about my sewer being clogged. Got an appointment set up with Daniel W. and it was the best decision ever. He showed up early this morning and had found the problem in a very short time and had it fixed quickly, a very large mass of roots.
