My service professional, Gazaway D., was very courteous and professional. He performed a video mapping of our home's underground drain field for the roof downspouts and yard catch basins. He arrived early for our appointment and quickly determined the type of work that we needed done. He kept us fully informed of each step in the process. He identified the terminus and any problems for all of the drain lines leading away from our house. He recommended relocation of a couple of the drain lines that terminated above our septic drain field. The most important aspect of Roto-Rooter, who I have used in three different cities over 30 years, is that they return the call, They commit to a time. Then they call again to refine the time, finally they arrive as promised and do a good job at a reasonable price even in rain and snow.

The team came out to fix a clog in the kitchen that could not be "broken" through with a plunger. It had been out of commission for several days, affecting any kitchen work. The two gentlemen were professional and immediately put me at ease when they said they knew exactly what the problem was - and they did. Minutes later, it was cleared and they cleaned up the work area and were on their way. What a relief! I will definitely call Roto-Rooter if I ever need this type of service again. I have used roto rooter a few times, both times being reasonably priced well under $200, not sure what changed but I can honestly say after this last time i will use them, I was charged well over $300 for maybe an hour of work, some of which i did. they did clear my line in short order and the Tech was nice enough but i feel i was over charged. Live in small mountain community, tried for a month to get a plumber to replace water heater. No one would even call me back. Called Roto Rooter, my new water heater was installed within 36 hours of my call. From the customer rep who took my call, to the technician who performed the work, very courteous and professional. I recently had a clogged sewer line and of course it happened on New Years day! I first called my usual plumber but he was out of time. After researching some other companies online called Roto-Rooter. My call was answered by Pam and she assured me she could have someone out within a few hours. Later she followed up to let me know Derek was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work assessing the situation. He did an excellent job of getting the line cleaned and told me their work was guaranteed for thirty days. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and all around friendly and nice guy. I called around 10 AM about a toilet flushing problem. Anthony was there by noon, and he had to travel quite a distance. He checked everything out and could find no blockage problem. He recommended a new toilet, and reduced the estimate by half to the minimum service charge, which I much appreciated. Very prompt and professional, and didn't try to rip me off.
