Sunday morning 6:15 am (Dec.17) with 33 quests coming around 11am, had plumbing problem at house. Called local number as on radio 682-9006 for Roto-Rooter, said someone would call me shortly. Within 5 minutes, had call from Tyler Stevenson- said he could be to our home within 30 minutes or so. Came promptly- courteous, and professional- had equipment and knowledge to make repairs within about an hour. Could not be happier or more pleased with service by Tyler and Roto-Rooter. Thank You.! the only problem I have is not with the service tech, but with the cost. I feel $240, is and exorbitant fee for less than an hours work to unplug a toilet. 12/14/17 |

My usual plumber was unsuccessful in clearing a clogged drain in my kitchen and recommended I call Roto-Rooter of Asheville. I called Roto-Rooter late one afternoon and they offered me an appointment that same day or early the next morning. The service technician, James, came to my house first appointment the following morning, despite the snowy weather. James was very courteous and went immediately to work on the clogged drain. We diagnosed the problem based on where the backup was going , we opened the septic tank lid and they judged that it would be safe to do it from the inside through the main drain that they installed a new clean out port in because the old one was only 3" in diameter and kind of gerry rigged on the drain. Our drains backed up and our tub started filling with sewer water. I called Roto rooter for assistance in the late morning. By late afternoon, Daniel W. assisted us respectfully, worked diligently and did not extend time to increase fee, because it is an expensive hourly rate. There is nothing more concerning then to find water running down a interior wall in your house. We called Roto-Rooter in the Spruce Pine, NC area. They had David out to the house in less then an hour. He assessed the problem, found the source of the leak and determined how to access it with the least amount of damage to our tongue and groove ceiling. He was able to cut a hole in the guest bathroom in an area that will never be noticed. After getting to the leak he had it fixed in 10 minutes. He left the work area neat and clean.
David was professional but down to earth. He explained everything that he was doing. He is highly knowledgeable in his field. We have a water filtration system and were afraid this is where the leak was, we were worried that whoever came out would not be familiar with the system. David knew exactly how it works.
We appreciate his care in keeping our floors clean by wearing shoe covers. This company, and hopefully David will be our go to plumbing company. Thanks David

After two trips they where unable to fix the drain. Still had to pay for full service even tho problem wasn’t resolved. They offered solutions to resolve the problem that would have cost 3-4 times as much on top of the initial service call. Called a local plumber after they’d left to get a second opinion. He was able to resolve the problem within 2 hours with half the equipment and manpower. They where very courteous and friendly however, I feel their hands may have been tied due to policies. 11/03/17 |

Da'Shan was a life-saver! I had an after hours emergency concerning a sewer clean-out line. Da'Shan was there exactly when I'd been told he would arrive.
