James came after hours on Friday. He worked really hard and was so nice. He found the prolem and by then it was dark so he said he would be back next morning at 8:30. He got there right on time and had us water in no time. He also fixed some pipes . I was so amazed at how concerned he was. He told me about what was wrong with our plumbing and what we needed to do to replace them . I will call roto rooter and ask for James when I decide to have my plumbing replaced. I know it needs it . There was a drainage problem in the basement of our church. I call at 8:35 am and someone arrived around 9:20 am. Daniel was a professional in the process of finding and clearing our problem. The scene: 1951 Rancher The place: N. Asheville The crime scene description: Ongoing bubbly drain coupled with small overflow in newly painted basement. The hero: Daniel Watkins. We finally, at long last, finished our basement project with the painting of our basement floor. In running the dishwasher (noting the resultant backwash in basement drain manifested itself yet but again) we knew the time had come. Booked online with Roto- Rooter and they were very prompt in response. Daniel Watkins arrived the next morning in the time slot we requested and after a discussion took place regarding our plumbing, the issues we'd been experiencing etc. he promptly began his job. We continued our re-arrange of the basement while Daniel worked. He did not rush through the work, rather proceeded slowly, methodically and with care. For those concerned with old plumbing, (I was and this figured largely in why we hadn't called to address this problem earlier) I would say that this project went very well. There was a small problem with a minor break in our pipe but Daniel knew exactly what to do, fixed it promptly and our drain now functions without the sound effects we'd come to know but not to love and all's well. I had come to associate Roto-Rooter specifically with clean outs and drain issues. Just for the record, this company is also able to handle any plumbing issue in your home. Daniel Watkins, we thank you so very much for your professionalism, kindness, careful attendance to our basement issue and we hope that your anniversary was a perfect occasion. He showed up when he said he'd be here and quickly got to work. After looking at a leak coming from a previous repair spot in the main water line into the house, he decided to go further than repairing the patch and replaced the whole section of pipe. I had to call for emergency service when my water heater began leaking at 7:30 PM. After calling two other plumbers, Roto-Rooter was the only company who were able to send someone right away. De'Shan was polite, knowledgeable and stopped the leak. He returned promptly the next morning to replace my old water heater. I was impressed with his knowledge, skill level and friendliness. I had an oder problem coming from the plumbing in my vacation rental. It was Saturday and no local plumbers were available so I called Roto-Rooter. I have never thought much of the company but I needed help right away. The pleasant and efficient woman on the phone said she would have someone to help me in an hour. After exactly 1 hour, a Roto-Rooter truck arrived in my driveway; a friendly man jumped out and introduced himself with a smile as Da'Shan. He went into my home and discovered the problem immediately! Just as he finished, my renters arrived.
