I was very upset about the price for the work done. I still don't think the problem was solved. He lied to me about how my call was priced saying it was the same price for everyone. This was a lie because I was priced by country. This is not fair. 07/24/17 |

Live in Flat Rock and Chris came out for the service. He was very professional and knowledgeble. He explained in as much detail as I wanted what he needed to do and how. He showed up, cleared my mainline, tested thoroughly, and was gone in an hour.
If he is any indication of the company as a whole they rate top in my book. I plan on having him come back every two years and do some preventive service on these old cast iron pipes.
