Drew offers awesome customer service and explains into detail how the plumbing/equipment being installed or repaired works. This is my second time using Roto Rooter and Drew has been my technician both times. Roto Rooter guarantees their work, but the trade off is that they are a bit on the pricey side (so that's my reasoning for the four stars). I would use them again and recommend them. This was ***** *****. first encounter with Roto-Rooter of Asheville. The employee from Roto-Rooter, Cory C*******, was most helpful and very professional in his work. He was very respectful and polite to me as I asked a lot of questions about what he was having to do and about the particular machine he was having to use. I now feel I have made a good, new friend. He was very knowledgeable about his job and what was needed for us. We are a non-profit ******** ******** ****** here in Transylvania County. Cory took the time to explain to me what he was having to do in order to rectify our problem. I was most impressed with this young professional and his ability. I just can't say enough about him, or his company he works for. They should be glad he works for them. He projects a very positive image for his company. If this company were only located here in Transylvania County, I would use them for my plumbing needs. In any event, I would highly recommend this company and Cory C******* to anyone who needs an excellent, professional, and friendly plumbing company. James A. from Roto-Rooter of Asheville just came out this Saturday to unclog one of my toilets. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had not flushed often enough due to prepping for a colonoscopy and he came in and spoke to my cat and unclogged the toilet and left my bathroom in perfect condition. I can't thank him enough! I am the landlord to wonderful renters who were without water for two days while we tried to fix the well pump serving the rental house. In desperation, I called Roto-Rooter of Asheville mid-afternoon for help. Within less than an hour, the technician was there. Chris was extremely professional and did all he could to repair the pump before deciding that the leak from the tiny crack that had developed could not be repaired and the pump would have to be replaced. He accompanied my husband to the store to purchase a new pump as well as the proper fittings. An hour or so later, our renters had water again.. Daniel was a lifesaver for us at the Pinecrest Bed and Breakfast. We had a clogged line which dramatically impacts our ability to happily supply a great guest experience. I found water in my basement and could not be sure where it was coming from, so called Roto-Rooter. The lady I spoke to said there was a man in the area and would be over shortly, within 30 minutes Daniel was at the door and we found the leaking was coming from the Garberator, I also had a leaky faucet. He ran to lowes picked up a new Garberator as well as a new tap and had it installed in under 2 hours. He was very professional and got the job done. Daniel W of Roto-Rooter of Asheville is a informative and professional plumber. He was on time, respectful of my property and eager to see where was the problem. I thought for sure I needed to replace one of the toilets because it was running slow and taking 5 minutes to fill up, but Daniel fixed it like new. He checked the pipe with the auger, changed the seal on the toilet and added some new parts inside.
