Great team. Very knowledgeable about available systems and what would work best for our house. The installer team was very professional. Arrived on time and worked long hours to complete the job cleanly and efficiently. Also spent a good deal of time inspecting and checking the system after installation. Trust me, after living here for 20 plus years and dealing with all kinds of crazy AC companies who say you need something you don’t, or who send shady people to your house (if they show up at all) or who overcharge and under deliver, I can say without hesitation that iComfort is the best there is. Cory is great to work with and very easy going. Our unit needed maintenance and then had a few issues with parts. After getting everything taken care of our unit is working great and we have heat again! I love that they take pictures and document things very well, they are able to show you what is needed not just explain which is a bonus to me! I received outstanding service from iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning. My AC unit was not installed correctly to begin with. These guys came in and spent three days diagnosing and repairing the issue. I received friendly expert service and quality parts. In addition, they came to the rescue once again on Labor Day when another issue had arisen and fixed it free of charge. Two years ago we wanted to take advantage of the LADWP program (NEST), so we called iComfort. From the very beginning the experience was very pleasant.
Louis, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, nice, and clean. He explained everything thoroughly. We recommended him to our sister and our neighbors.
In 2019, our AC stopped working. Of course, we called iComfort. Isai and Josh came on time and fix the problem.
On July 4th , 2020, about 250 feet from our house, we had a fire. We wanted iComfort to come and inspect our AC system.
We were lucky to see Isai again. He showed up on time, with his red booties and mask. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and polite guy! He explained everything that needed to be done with no pressure. Thank you Isai for all your help!

Had a problem with a faulty thermostat that was less than a year old. The front office scheduled me promptly for the following morning. Isaiah showed up on time, with mask gloves and booties. I have had such a great experience with Corey and the lady that booked it Marian! This company is great ! The work that was done was so needed! Corey is the best!
