All around professional service. All team members excellent, Steve, the other Steve, Mario, and all the guys at my house who’s names I forgot. They always introduced themselves, arrived on time , worked with a lot of communication with each other and left my house without any mess whatsoever. Thank you iComfort for helping us take advantage of the AC Optimization Program by LADWP. Jorge was training some of his team to take care of jobs like this in the future and I couldn't be more pleased about how he was able to manage getting the testing and nest installation done in an efficient manner while making sure his team was prepared for future jobs. Everyone was very friendly and made sure we were knowledgeable about everything they were doing. Jorge even answered our questions about potential upgrades when the time came. Jorge and his company are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and hard working. He helped us with our old system, keeping it operating for several years, which definitely exceeded the serviceable lifetime of our system. He came out on more than one occasion, in the middle of the summer when the system failed, to make repairs, usually with 60-90 minutes (and always on the hottest days). I held out for as long as I could before deciding to spend the money to replace the old a/c and furnace. Finally, we started researching and getting quotes from about 5-7 companies for a full replacement. Jorge came in at the most reasonable price and set us up with a great system.
