Cory is great to work with and very easy going. Our unit needed maintenance and then had a few issues with parts. After getting everything taken care of our unit is working great and we have heat again! I love that they take pictures and document things very well, they are able to show you what is needed not just explain which is a bonus to me! I love being able to see the part that needs to be replaced! Thank you for the quick turn around at getting someone out to our building and taking care of us! Corey from iComfort Heating came on time, wore booties on his shoes to keep my carpets clean, serviced my AC unit, explained everything he was doing and installed a new thermostat. At every step of the service call, I was genuinely impressed with Corey's professionalism. He was well-dressed in the company uniform, courteous, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared with all the tools he required. iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning should be proud of employees like Corey, as he was thorough in testing my AC system, did a thorough cleaning of the condenser coils, checked the temperature of all the wall and floor registers, checked the furnace, supplied the proper size filter and fully set up my replacement thermostat. Corey was even careful enough to make sure and set up a box underneath the wall thermostat so that when removing it, any drilling debris or drywall particles would not end up on my floor! nice touch! Also had them out again for a quote on another project, while I didn't select them, the communication was stellar, the tech was good, and I would still consider doing business with them in the future. I knew he was good as soon as he showed up on time, in charge of training a new employee and putting on booties when he entered. He was friendly, tidy and polite. The AC Optimization program was to include the filter replacement. At the companies request I provided the filter dimensions prior to my appointment. Unfortunately, there were various issues with wiring from a previous A/C company, but he was persistent in finding the problem, going as far as climbing into the attic twice until he was able to get everything working properly. I truly appreciated his tenacity, patience and the long hours he spent making sure all was fixed. Additionally, he was very professional and answered all my questions with detailed explanations.
