Trust me, after living here for 20 plus years and dealing with all kinds of crazy AC companies who say you need something you don’t, or who send shady people to your house (if they show up at all) or who overcharge and under deliver, I can say without hesitation that iComfort is the best there is. Two years ago we wanted to take advantage of the LADWP program (NEST), so we called iComfort. From the very beginning the experience was very pleasant.
Louis, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, nice, and clean. He explained everything thoroughly. We recommended him to our sister and our neighbors.
In 2019, our AC stopped working. Of course, we called iComfort. Isai and Josh came on time and fix the problem.
On July 4th , 2020, about 250 feet from our house, we had a fire. We wanted iComfort to come and inspect our AC system.
We were lucky to see Isai again. He showed up on time, with his red booties and mask. Very professional, courteous, friendly, and polite guy! He explained everything that needed to be done with no pressure. Thank you Isai for all your help!

Had a problem with a faulty thermostat that was less than a year old. The front office scheduled me promptly for the following morning. Isaiah showed up on time, with mask gloves and booties. I had multiple companies come out to check into my broken Air Conditioner without any results, other than stating I needed a new one.
Isai arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, was very helpful and did the work in a timely manner. He found that I had loose wiring which he was able to repair. I am so glad he came. I am still having the unit assessed as I think the company is trustworthy by not wanting to sell a unit first, but trying to fix what is broken. I am glad they were recommended. Thank you! (See More)

I was given an appt to have the LADWP a/c optimization performed on 9/10/19 between 11am-1pm. I had to call twice to find out if anyone was coming. Never received notification of delay. Someone showed up at my door at 3.30pm. I declined to have the work done. Lack of communication with your customer shows that you do not value their time. It speaks volume about a company. I took my business elsewhere and decided to replace my entire HVAC unit. (See More)

I did the Nest program through LADWP and Isai was very polite and professional! Took me through the process of what’s going to happen and answered any questions I had at the time. He removed our old thermostat and replaced it with the new Nest. He even checked that our unit was up to par and working properly and efficiently for upcoming summer. He even had shoe covers when he came into my house. He even put down a drop cloth when he crawled into my attic and wiped clean the door from fingerprints and dirt after he was done. I called and set up an appointment for an inspection and nest thermostat installation with iComfort through the LADWP Optimization program. It was a super easy process where iComfort got my contact information and scheduled an appointment on the day of my choosing. Isai was assigned to the job and he was an absolute delight to work with! He was detailed with explanations of everything he was doing throughout the inspection and installation of my nest thermostat. He never once tried to upsell me on anything and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. Also I don’t wear shoes inside my home and he noted it without me having to say anything. I had a pleasant and satisfied experience from the start with Jose at the office providing accurate information and setting up my appointment. Isai seemed well informed and professional, from explaining what he was going to provide at the start and after finishing explained what he found and fixed and helped us learn to use the nest thermostat.
We had a heating problem and requested the LADWP optimization program. Thanks to George as well, looking forward to my next poject. You guys seem kind and professional and will recommend to my friends and neighbor.

I had been calling several other companies to take advantage of the LADWP A/C Optimization program which gets you a free nest thermostat, filter, and coolant if you need it. Everyone else I called was like "Call me back in a week." or just went to VM and I never got a call back. With iComfort they had a super professional receptionist who found an exact appointment that worked for me (No 6 hour arrival windows here!). Isaiah showed up exactly on time, was extremely polite and professional. Knocked out the install and checkup in less than an hour and now I have an awesome new Nest. The tech who came over to my house was great. He explained everything I needed to know and more. My A/C was installed in 1997 and ran good. My fear with getting a free service call to put in free-on, air filter, and a high tech thermostat installed for free was tempting, but not without concern. I didn't know the company and I was worried that something that ran good might all of a sudden need a lot of work when the tech came down from his inspection, you might know I mean. Well he came down, told me other than the one pound of freeon, my unit was in good condition. The work that was done , the thermostat that was installed, and the filters he put in were all explained to me in detail. The gentleman was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Isai arrived at our house early in our assigned 2 hour window and was extremely knowledgable about the NEST he installed for us. We had older wiring and he was able to get it all connected for us. We walked through instructions on how to use it with him and Isai was able to answer all of our questions. He was very polite and wore booties in consideration of our carpet. Isai was one of the most amazing, efficient, thoughtful, and professional service man I've had - ever. He did a service call on my A/C and installed the "Nest" thermostat. When he first entered my home he put on his booties to keep my floors clean. He did a great job. He explained how the Nest works and set it up. I'm . not great with tech stuff and he was patient and did a great job. Everything worked really will and he did another great job at my rental across the street. Somehow after he left I must have done something and the Nest was no longer using Wfi and that is one of the benefits of using it! I called him and explained. He later told me he called the Nest 30 after his shift and spoke with them 40 minutes to figure out the problem. I tried re-entering the password and it wouldn't work. I called Isai back the next day and explained and he said no worries. He came out on Sunday on his own time and fixed the Wifi. Isai shows the initiative, efficiency, and consideration that I wouldn't be surprised if one day he has his own successful company. His demeanor was friendly, respectful, and very patient and kind.
