My service technician was Josue Roche. Josue went above and beyond in assisting me and explaining everything in detail. I don't usually stand over someone who is working on something but Josue was extremely detailed in explaining what he was doing and how my A/C unit worked, that it kept me interested and helped me better understand how to maintain my unit to maximize it's life. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Josue was polite and respectful as well as the office staff I spoke with. Josh did a fantastic job servicing my heating/air conditioning. He was friendly and extra helpful. I just bought my house about 18 months ago. I have never gone into my attic but my contractor did. I didn't know that I had an attic fan and my contractor never mentioned it. Josh checked the fan and found the switch. What a nice surprise! Isai was so amazing at installing our 4 new thermostats. He got it all done in about 4 hours. He helped me upload the app to my phone and how to operate the thermostats manually and from my phone. Isai was very conscientious, clean and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about him or the job he completed for me. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thanks Isai! I Comfort was an extremely efficient company. We had no heat in our home one night. I comfort came out immediately, and fixed the problem. I had called them out to see why my a/c & heat was not working properly in my family room and kitchen. They came out and within minutes found out that the duct work in the attic has been dislodged. He cleaned the ducts that were filled with attic insulation and secured the ducts with special tape. It works beautifully. I do not know how long this was like this. Thank you IComfort. (See More)
