I had iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning come out for the LADWP A/C service program with the smart thermostat and i could not be more pleased. Wow what a wonderful company to do business with I highly recememnd. Icomfort was recommenddd by my son and we have several friends and family members we referred them to. Luis installed a new thermostat cleaned and checked my ac unit he was polite, professional and helpful. I will continue to refer them out to everyone I know. Corey spent a lot of time examining my old heating/ac unit and gave me two options: fix it or replace it. I choose to fix it.. for now.. and he meticulously put the unit back together and the heat is fabulous and I really do think he bought me a few more years with my current unit. Corey T. 12/18/18 |

Two thumbs up for iComfort and their field/service Tech Isai! I had a pleasant and satisfied experience from the start with Jose at the office providing accurate information and setting up my appointment. Isai seemed well informed and professional, from explaining what he was going to provide at the start and after finishing explained what he found and fixed and helped us learn to use the nest thermostat.
We had a heating problem and requested the LADWP optimization program. Thanks to George as well, looking forward to my next poject. You guys seem kind and professional and will recommend to my friends and neighbor.

Isai was so amazing at installing our 4 new thermostats. He got it all done in about 4 hours. He helped me upload the app to my phone and how to operate the thermostats manually and from my phone. Isai was very conscientious, clean and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about him or the job he completed for me. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. I used iComfort for both my houses for the AC Optimization program. Both Isai and Luis were very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. They showed up on time and really took the time to show how to use Nest both the controller and the phone app. Both appointments lasted about 2 hours because they are so thorough. Isaiah not only had his own shoe covers to protect my carpet, he was courteous throughout. He fully explained what he was doing, as he was doing it, to educate me and to alleviate any ignorance. Isai was on time, polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He checked the unit outside and gave me a complete rundown on my unit. He then installed the Nest Thermostat. He went over everything and showed me how to use both the unit and made sure it was connected to my wifi. I love the new Thermostat. I'm glad I used the LADWP AC Optimization Program. He arrived on time and once inside our home he put on fresh, clean shoe booties to keep our carpets clean. Our a/c unit was inspected, coils cleaned and freon was added. Luis was our technician and we're really happy with his service and professionalism. He explained the overall process and discussed everything he was doing along the way.
