I Comfort was an extremely efficient company. We had no heat in our home one night. I comfort came out immediately, and fixed the problem. They were excellent at their job, polite and explained the problem and what was done to fix the problem. I had called them out to see why my a/c & heat was not working properly in my family room and kitchen. They came out and within minutes found out that the duct work in the attic has been dislodged. He cleaned the ducts that were filled with attic insulation and secured the ducts with special tape. It works beautifully. I do not know how long this was like this. Jorge and his company are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and hard working. He helped us with our old system, keeping it operating for several years, which definitely exceeded the serviceable lifetime of our system. He came out on more than one occasion, in the middle of the summer when the system failed, to make repairs, usually with 60-90 minutes (and always on the hottest days). I held out for as long as I could before deciding to spend the money to replace the old a/c and furnace. Finally, we started researching and getting quotes from about 5-7 companies for a full replacement. Jorge came in at the most reasonable price and set us up with a great system.
