Isai from iComfort is an asset to the Company. From the confirmation call the day before, to the day of service, his professionalism and ability to gain trust and understanding of what the issue is/was with the unit, is very important to customers. Great customer service and people skills in general. I will refer him/iComfort to friends and family. All around professional service. All team members excellent, Steve, the other Steve, Mario, and all the guys at my house who’s names I forgot. They always introduced themselves, arrived on time , worked with a lot of communication with each other and left my house without any mess whatsoever. Josue arrived on time and explained to us that it was really too cold to deal with the air conditioning system but he would come back in March to deal with it. He then proceeded to service the heater elements and change our filters. He was very efficient and extremely neat. Josue R. 01/16/20 |

After installing our new Nest thermostat - he thoroughly went thru how it works on the panel and on the app. He also gave us suggestions on what needs to be maintained and updated to our unit. We contacted iComfort because they were one of the local companies working with the LADWP to provide a no-cost air conditioning tune-up and a free/low cost Nest thermostat for customers. Communication setting up the appointment was excellent. Luis arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our air conditioner's coils and checking the operation of our HVAC system. I had multiple companies come out to check into my broken Air Conditioner without any results, other than stating I needed a new one.
Isai arrived 10 minutes before the appointment, was very helpful and did the work in a timely manner. He found that I had loose wiring which he was able to repair. I am so glad he came. I am still having the unit assessed as I think the company is trustworthy by not wanting to sell a unit first, but trying to fix what is broken. I am glad they were recommended. Thank you! I was given an appt to have the LADWP a/c optimization performed on 9/10/19 between 11am-1pm. I had to call twice to find out if anyone was coming. Never received notification of delay. Someone showed up at my door at 3.30pm. I declined to have the work done. Lack of communication with your customer shows that you do not value their time. It speaks volume about a company. The technician was late, I didn’t get a phone call or notification to let me know he was going to miss his appointment. I called and they said he was still with a previous client. Once he arrived he was very nice and helpful. He took great care of us and was informative. However, this was the end of the visit. He said someone would contact us to give us an estimate on the job (which he said was going to be extensive and expensive). I received an email that had no new information and no quote. They said they would get right on it. It has now been 3 weeks and haven’t heard from them. I don’t recommend this service. They wasted my time and money. GREAT company! This is the second time we used iComfort (first time they replaced our old downstairs furnace and air conditioning system, and this time the upstairs system) and we had another great experience with them. We are very happy with the technicians, Tim and Gio, who were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system and left everything very clean. The efficiency and service provided by this company is amazing! Always great service and unbeatable pricing. Timothy came out to disconnect my heating /AC uint on my roof so I could get a new roof. Corey from iComfort Heating came on time, wore booties on his shoes to keep my carpets clean, serviced my AC unit, explained everything he was doing and installed a new thermostat. At every step of the service call, I was genuinely impressed with Corey's professionalism. He was well-dressed in the company uniform, courteous, knowledgeable, and came fully prepared with all the tools he required. iComfort Heating and Air Conditioning should be proud of employees like Corey, as he was thorough in testing my AC system, did a thorough cleaning of the condenser coils, checked the temperature of all the wall and floor registers, checked the furnace, supplied the proper size filter and fully set up my replacement thermostat. Corey was even careful enough to make sure and set up a box underneath the wall thermostat so that when removing it, any drilling debris or drywall particles would not end up on my floor! nice touch! My service technician was Josue Roche. Josue went above and beyond in assisting me and explaining everything in detail. I don't usually stand over someone who is working on something but Josue was extremely detailed in explaining what he was doing and how my A/C unit worked, that it kept me interested and helped me better understand how to maintain my unit to maximize it's life. Josh did a fantastic job servicing my heating/air conditioning. He was friendly and extra helpful. I just bought my house about 18 months ago. I have never gone into my attic but my contractor did. I didn't know that I had an attic fan and my contractor never mentioned it. Josh checked the fan and found the switch. What a nice surprise!
